Ali Rush Carscaden has been working in the wine industry for the last eight years.  Ali has worked for numerous local wineries.  She graduated with a MS degree in Agriculture from Cal Poly.   She worked for the Henry Wine Group as a fine wine specialist three years.  She recently passed her Advanced Certification with WSET and can now use the term certified sommelier. She has wanted to start her own wine shop for years and is excited to do it here on the Central Coast.

Allison Dominguez has worked at some of the top restaurants in the Western States. She has extensive wine and service experience and prides herself in being a personable service oriented and business minded professional. She has a master's degree in environmental chemistry and enjoys the lifestyle that the Central Coast has to offer.
