The blending of this wine begins in January following harvest. Comprised of 64% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay and 4% Pinot Blanc. The predominance of Pinot Noir gives the wine abundant aromas of strawberries and cherries with the Chardonnay adding bright citrus notes in the mid-palate softened by the kiss of Pinot Blanc.Overall this sparkler has a crisp and clean finish that always freshens the palate, making it a versatile wine for any occasion.
